Reservation Confirmation:

• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation through Little Hotelier.
• The total cost of the stay, including applicable fees and taxes, will be presented during the booking process.

Payment Authorization:

• Little Hotelier may process a pre-authorization on the provided credit/debit card at the time of booking to verify its validity.

Advance Payment:

• For nightly rentals, Little Hotelier will automatically process an advance payment equivalent to the first night's stay, including fees and taxes, upon completion of the booking.

Remaining Balance:

• The remaining balance for the entire reservation, including additional fees or incidentals, is due upon check-in and will be processed through Little Hotelier.

Incidentals and Additional Charges:

• Guests may be responsible for any incidental charges or damages incurred during their stay. These charges will be assessed and processed through Little Hotelier upon check-out.

Credit Card Information:

• The credit or debit card used for the reservation must be presented upon check-in through Little Hotelier. The cardholder must be one of the registered guests.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Little Hotelier accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Security Deposit:

• The Cabins at Northwood Trails reserve the right to request a security deposit through Little Hotelier upon check-in to cover potential damages or incidentals. This deposit will be refunded through Little Hotelier upon check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges.

Cancellation Charges:

• In accordance with our cancellation policy, as outlined on our website and through Little Hotelier, charges may apply for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.

By making a reservation at The Cabins at Northwood Trails through Little Hotelier, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this payment policy. • Check-in time is from 3pm, and check-out time is by 11am.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We’re dog friendly, too! The Cabins at Northwood are dog-friendly for dogs 25 lbs. and under. 

Limitations:

• Guests are allowed to bring a maximum of two dogs (25lbs or less)per cabin reservation.
• Only well-behaved and non-aggressive dogs are permitted.

Fee:

• There is a fee of $25 per dog per night.
• This fee is applicable for the entire duration of your stay.

Booking Information:

• When making a reservation, please inform our staff that you will be bringing dogs.
• The dog fee will be added to your reservation at the time of booking.

Behavioral Expectations:

• Dogs must be kept on a leash when in common areas of the property.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior by dogs must be addressed promptly to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Dogs should not be left unattended in the cabins unless crated.

Damages:

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their dogs to the cabin or property.
• Additional charges may apply for any necessary cleaning or repairs.

Safety and Well-being:

• It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that their dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
• In case of an emergency, please be prepared with contact information for a local veterinarian.

Disclaimer:

• The Cabins at Northwood Trails reserve the right to ask guests to remove their dogs from the premises if they pose a threat to the safety or well-being of other guests or staff.

At The Cabins at Northwood Trails, we understand that plans may change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To provide flexibility for our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy for nightly rentals:

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a charge equivalent to two night's stay.

Early Departures:

• In the event of an early departure or a shortened stay, guests will be charged for the full originally booked duration.

No-Shows:

• Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will be charged for the entire reserved stay.

Refund Process:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation date.

Booking Modifications:

• Changes to the reservation, such as altering the dates or reducing the number of nights, may be subject to a modification fee.

Force Majeure (Unforeseeable Circumstances):

• The Cabins at Northwood Trails reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, guests will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be provided.

Communication:

• Guests are encouraged to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Please contact us via phone or email to make adjustments to your reservation.
